Types/Common Diagnoses: o   Mostly geriatrics and adults, some peds in the ED?       Case Load:o   Case load will vary depending on acuity. Typical case load is 10-15 patients for general floor assignment, 6-8 patients for ICU assignment?       Required License, National Certification, Certs:o   BLS, ACLSo   Will accept RRT or CRT?       Skills required:o   Vent management, CPAP, BiPap, Nebs, a-line placement, assisting providers with intubation, vent weaning, extubation, ABGs?       Support within the Department:o   Other RTso   RNs on the flooro   Manager/Supervisor/Leado   Dayshift staffing is 13-15 RTs?       Technology/Equipment:o   EMR: EPICo   IV Pump: N/Ao   Med dispensing: Pyxiso   Monitors:o   Unit specific equipment: AVEA vents, Servo U Vent, LPU 1200 Vents, Parapack vents for MRI, Hamilton vents for transport?       Floating: If yes, where?o   Float to all units at the hospital?       Orientation (facility and unit):o   NEOo   At least 1 shift to learn the flow?       Scheduling:o   Weekend rotation: Every othero   On call
