We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, professional details such as profession, specialty, licenses and work history, and documents you upload or that we import on your behalf from a job marketplace where you already had a profile.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you use the site, such as pages visited and the referring source, so we can understand what is working.

To match you to assignments, submit you to facilities with your agreement, build and maintain your profile and credentialing packet, communicate with you about your account and applications, operate and improve the platform, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.

With your consent, we also send you job alerts, updates and other communications by email and text. You can stop any of these at any time — see Communications below.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to be texted stay with us and are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

We share what is necessary to do the job you came here for: with healthcare facilities and their vendor management systems when you tell us to submit you to a role, and with service providers who operate parts of the platform on our behalf — hosting, document storage, email and messaging delivery, and e-signature. Those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use your information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Opting out of one channel does not close your account or opt you out of the other, and we will still send you transactional messages about assignments you are actively in — an offer, a contract, a credentialing deadline.

We take appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and correct your profile information at any time from your account, download or delete documents you have uploaded, and ask us to delete your account. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it.

Bypass is for working healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
