AM Description: Unit Notes:Department: CT Tech*Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT, ND state lic*NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENTFIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.- Will they have to float/cover any other areas: X-ray- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: ER, inpatient, outpatient. Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Meditech- Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): Siemens 64 slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, x-ray, portable x-ray, and GE portable x-ray- Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift: Yes during the day, by phone on nights.
