Day Description: Requisition

Comments and Notes: Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) Multi-modality

Rad technologist: Rotating D/E and occasionally nights when absolutely needed, weekends required. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Requirements:  CT and radiology ARRT cert   Prior travel is required  Phillips experience is preferred  A minimum of 3 years of experience  Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information:  IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday  No block schedules for any reason    Bi-weekly orientations on Monday Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained  This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submitDisclaimers:  Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Float Required: NoCertifications: ARRT Cert Verification,BLS
