Comments and Notes: CRU MUST STAR TIN THE NEXT WEEKRates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) -ARRT CT: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: ARRT required, must apply for VT license at time of offer Phillips experience is preferred Must be able to scan traumas independently Experience in similar sized teaching facility MUST be able to start PIVs - if HCP does not have this skill the professional will not be successful in this assignment EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
