Day Description: Requisition

Comments and Notes: CRU, MUST START ASAP Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)Endoscopy Tech: 8 hour shift, 5 days a week. 7-1530, 730-16, 8-1630, 830-17, 9-1730 - ROT days/eves plus call on call required but no floating. Do many ERCP s. Requirements: AHA BLS required A minimum of 2 years of in unit experience Must be able to use endoscopy equipment, snares, gold probes, etc. Needs to have intra procedure experience with ability to run the equipment during the procedures EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
