Mosaiq record and verify treatment record.Required skills and minimum years of experience- At least 5 years experience in external beam radiation therapy patient treatment delivery The TrueBeam Machine Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT,BLS, OBMI- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging, BLS) Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone Is call required If so, how often Are weekends required) Regular work days - Monday to Friday (somewhere around 8-5 depending on patient load)Therapists will not work alone on treatment machines ( 2 therapists on each machine), The full time Radiation Therapist will perform CT Scans. Locum Radiation Therapist will be treating patients daily Weekends are not required unless we need to treat patients due to machine going down during the week (doctor s call). Rare occurrence.Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments) Dedicated to Radiation Oncology department only - no floating to other departments Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Outpatient Radiation Oncology clinic (no bed size)Dress Code: Business casual, scrubs, no open toed shoes, Asante T-shirt or scrub top.
