Margaret Berry Requisition Comments and Notes: 10/19, 11/2, 11/16 START (Orientation occur every other Monday only).Clinical Observation Unit Med/Surg RN - D27. 12H Nights, (7-7) -  PLEASE NOTE THAT THROUGH THE END OF JANUARY, CENTRA HAS APPROVED THE SUBMISSION OF FIRST-TIME TRAVELERS FOR THIS UNIT. *** Charge responsibility may be required, and the RN will receive the appropriate pay differential and training. *** Block schedule can no longer be accommodated but will consider weekend only requests. If your traveler is interested, we can offer up to 20 week long assignments to help ensure that the unit has adequate staffing to provide patient care during the holiday season.  Traveler must work at least one major holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Years Day).  Submission Requirements = Work history with 2 years min. experience, explain all gaps over 90 days, Skills Checklist, Copy of Nursys/license. Position Description - LOCALS NOW ACCEPTED RATE 75! - MED SURG Clinical Observation Unit - 1:5/1:6 Patient Ratios. Assignments end on Saturday - 2/3 Weekends per month based on unit need - IVS to Offer with limited Requested Time Off and RTO must be in packet at time of submission - Client can cancel up to 36 hours per assignment due to census. Centra is a teaching hospital and YOU will work and encounter students and new hires often.
