SurgicalUnit: 5A (21 bed unit with adult and geriatric surgical patients who include total joint, fractures, general, and medicine patients)Schedule: Days; 3x12s; every other weekend (Option for 4x12s. PLEASE LIST ON COVER PAGE WHICH RN WOULD PREFER. If RN chooses 4x12s, OT is after 48hrs per week)Duration: 13-weeksASAP start (exact date dependent on EPIC experience/training schedule)REQUIREMENTS: Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission BLS 2 yrs of Med Surg experience Experience with the care of orthopedic and general surgery patients, NG tubes, surgical drains , IV insertion, is preferred*COVID: Possible*Weekends: Every other*EPIC: Clindoc**Flu Vaccine Required. Declination is only acceptable for medical reasons. Travelers that wish to decline will need a Dr's note stating why they are unable to receive the flu vaccination and will be required to wear a mask anytime they are within 6 feet of a patient**COVID Vaccine required. Religious and Medical exemptions must be completed on facility-specific form and will be reviewed by the facility.
