Experience Required: EPIC requiredRequired Skillset: confident, independent RNUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 36 bed med/surg/ortho unit. Ratios are 1:5 with a CNA, but also can be 1:4 primary care in the event a CNA calls in or staffing issuesHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates
