MaxSpecial Notes: Patients undergoing coronary device implant (pacemakers/ICDs), diagnostic EP and ablation procedures.---Pacemakers, ICDs (including SQ), Loop Recorders, Micra-pacemakers, Lead extractions w/ Surgery support---Ablations= VT (including epicardial) , PVC, AFib, Aflutter, All other atrial ablations, Transeptal approach, etc.---Biosenses Webster CARTO Mapping and Ablation---Abbott Precision Mapping and Ablation---We use Cryo for some AFib ablations---Biotronik temp pacemaker box, Siemens X300 ICE machine, Laser, Impella, IABP, PA lines (swans), Alaris IV pump, Hemochron ACT machineMonitoring = GE
