RequiredRequired Skillset: general Med Surg skillset - more medical than post surgical cases. Unit has swing beds which are extended stay for rehab. There are no high acuity patients on drips. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Union County is licensed for 25 beds...typically census max of 15-18 beds. Nurse/patient ration is 1:5-6.
