Samaritan Drive Floor: 3RD floor Building: Main hospital campus General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 80 total, 40 beds east, 40 beds on west. Number of Staff 3CVE-104/ 3CVW-79

Type of staff: o Day Shift CNC/charge, 10 nurses, 1.5 breaks, 3CNAs, 1 UC sitter provided when needed.

•Night Shift - CNC/charge, 10 nurses, 1.5 breaks, 3CNAs, sitter provide when needed. Patient Ratios 4:1 telemetry patients, 3:1 PCU Type of equipment Alaris pumps, telemetry boxes, hoya lift, wound vacs, immobile, PCS pumps, glucometer, mobilab, etc EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Experience in telemetry 1.5-2 years of experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. PCU/Telemetry/stroke Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): type of patients: Angiograms, post op day 3 open hearts, stroke patients, PCIs, various post op surgeries, etc Swallow dysphagia, TR bands maintenance, chest tubes, wound vacs, rhythm interpretation, etc Best personality Fit: Employee with compassion, open mind, coachable and can adapt to a fast pace environment.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS/BLS ,NIHSS Floating Area(s): 3cvwe/3cvw/medsurgical units (when needed).

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - any color

Unit Guidelines/Policies: We will review when staff get on the units unit, expectations in addition to: Patient care experience, quality, safety, HAI, documentation requirements, etc. Weekends and On call(if any) No on call, rotating weekends. NO set scheduled guaranteed.
