Onboarding Details: This is NOT a Trauma hospital (must be 250 miles away from facility to be a Traveler)Nurses can park in visitor parking and will need to enter on the North side then cross over to the south side and take the elevator to the 1st floorShifts in the OR are 8s, 10s, and 12sWe have dedicated scrubs for the travelers and they wear the same color as staff.OR call rotation is / during the week / one 1st call 11p-7a and one 2nd call 11p-7a a month and one weekend day every other month.
Skill Onboarding Details: Registered Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians / Expert proficiency level required with the ability to handle complex cases and able to teach and mentor others / Performs all types of Respiratory Care including diagnostic testing, treadmills, complete PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, special procedures and ENGs.
