Need Specifics: Physical Therapist needed for ASAP start! Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient. Shift: Either 5x8s or 4x10s DAYS please note on the submission which shift your traveler would like. GHS: 40 hours per week. Weekends: None.

Back Requirements: None.
Certifications required: AHA BLS, and KS state license/compact. Education: must be appropriate to licensure (DPT for PT from a CAPTE-accredited program).
Minimum experience: requesting 2+ years of experience along with Outpatient and Inpatient experience (inpatient evals and therapy). EMR: Therapy Source moving to ReDoc soon.
Unit overview: 20 bed CAH. 1 PT room.
Typical Staffing Ratios: 2 current full-time PTs and 1- current PTA.
