START DATE MUST MATCH WHAT IS LISTED ON THE ORDER***This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.This is a stroke unit. The candidates are screened very thoroughly by the manager. Candidates must be actively working, comfortable, and experienced with stroke patients.

Submission requirements: 2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience- (required)2+ years' experience working with stroke patients, listed on resume-(required)Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed-(required)Must have active NIHSS Certification upon submission-(required)Must be willing to takemRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered-(required)Must be willing to take Basic EKG andscore 85% or higherwithin 48 hours if offered - (required)Fluvaccination record (CVS, Dr. Office, etc.)- DECLINATIONS NOT APPROVED - (required)COVIDvaccination record (CVS, Dr. Office, etc.) - DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED - (required) Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted!
