Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s Every other weekend, floating, and holidays within the contract are required48-hour contracts are available with overtime billed after 48 hours please indicate the candidate's preference at the time of submission.

Patient Ratios Typical ratio: 1:2 3. Candidates must be willing to float to: Stepdown Unit Emergency Department or Medical-Surgical units to care for ICU patients being held Minimum Requirements Three years of critical care experience preferred (strong candidates with less experience may be considered)Previous travel experience preferredActive Virginia or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission; no exceptionsMust be proficient in Epic; no exceptions Required Skills Strong neuro critical care experience.Ventilator managementIV drip titrationTelemetry monitoringConscious sedationDysrhythmia recognition and managementEmergency response and critical care management Required Certifications BLS (American Heart Association only)ACLS (American Heart Association only)NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Compliance Requirements Chesapeake will not consider candidates with any license or background hits.
