Patient Ratios: 2:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No LNAs or PCTs. Around the clock mid-levels, Trauma surgeons and respiratory therapist. PT/OT available during day shift

Type of equipment: GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipaps and Hiflows. Puritan ventilator, Hemospheres.

Documentation system: Meditech

Expanse Scheduling requirements: 12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the

RTO Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first
