Cath Lab Techs: BLS, ARRT, CA RAD & Fluoro- #cases per day on average: 5- EMR/Equipment: Cerner- Cath lab/IR Techs: 3- Weekend Requirement - RN's: On Call basis ( 1 2 weekends a month )- Weekend Requirement - Techs: On Call basis (1 2 weekends a month )- Call Requirement - RN's/response time: 30 mins response time- Call requirement - Techs/response time: 30 mins response time- Holidays: 1 holiday required- Shifts: 8 hour shifts / 5 days a week - Common cases(IR &Cath lab): RHC , LHC, PCI, EP, Rotablator,
Peripherals Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13 week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
