Additional Comments: Located in the lower level of a clinic off campus from main hospital. It is a hospital outpatient department. Flat lot parking located immediately outside of the building. No cafeteria. Secured entrance. All patients are 2:1 tech ratio unless younger than 3 years old then 1:1. Limited scoring during data collection.
