Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Time and attendance- shift starts at 0645 and 1845 Collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams (MDR for dayshift at 1030 promptly) Hygiene, oral care, activity is a focus for patients Communication with patients is a focus Infection prevention- C.diff, CAUTI, Clabsi, SSI Colorectal care- order sets, pre and post op checklists Admission and q shift documentation compliance Weekends and On call(if any) Rotating weekends No on call
