Three 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, include every other weekend. Description: Night Shift - mainly adults with occasional pediatrics. Vermont's Northeast Kingdom is an outdoor wonderland offering a paradise of adventures!Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. To join our team, you must have at least 3 years of acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech experience. We understand the importance of a seamless onboarding process, so we ask that all required credentials be uploaded five business days before your start date.
