OT rate: Same Rate PAY OT AFTER 8 HOURS/DAY AND AFTER 40 HOURS/WEEKGeneral job duties and types of procedures required: Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations,Required skills and minimum years of experience:3 years Med-Surg background with critical thinking skills. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:Active AK state RN license. Dress Code: Scrubs - providedUnit/department specific training and orientation program:Meditech and OBIX training 3 day training, plus unit specific orientation. CPH requires RN's complete Medication Testing once on site (to be completed within first two weeks)
