Ratios Duties: Yes- 1:18- Hospitalist &/or Intensivist in house 24/7 In the ICU 24/7: Yes hospitalist and intensivist in house with Cardiology on call after hours - RT in ICU 24/7: Yes- RT Equipment Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot: BiPAP, CPAP, to Nasal Cannula- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit Are RNs required to read their own strips What brand are the tele monitors: Remote tele techs, tele hardwired and tele box capabilities. RNs must read and interpret.- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1900, 1830-0700; Manager does schedule, no block or self-scheduling- Weekend Requirements: Every other- Is there a call or standby requirement: N/A- Floating Requirements: Will float to all same level and lower levels of acuity- Scrub

Color/Dress Code: Navy Blue- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Tailored to needs and experience, 1-2 shifts on unitRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidate may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
