REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must live greater than 100 miles from the facility. Perm employees cannot return as travelers for 3 years after the last date worked perm. Must have clean license - no prior suspensions allowed - probations considered on a case by case basis. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
