Requisition Comments and Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 5-8s, 8 or 8:30a. Must have oncology experience - ONS/chemo cert preferred, but not required. ASAP start dates. Biweekly orientation, 09/21, 10/05. Must have infusion and chemo experience. Will be expected to float, as needed, between Addison Gilbert Hospital and Beverly. 2+ years experience required. BLS-AHA required. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months, and be in good standing, to be considered.Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS
