Ratios Duties: Yes- 1:10 is the goal- RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot Bipap, trachs, airvo etc.- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit Tele portable monitors and monitors in the rooms, and tech at the nurses station. - Are RN's required to read their own strips RN to read and interpret.- Shifts & Scheduling: 7a-7p, 7p-7a - If rotating shift, 7-7 rotation will not occur more than weekly. Manager to make schedule, will consider blocked schedule based on unit needs.- Weekend Requirements: Every other- Holiday Requirements: Every other- Is there Call or a Standby requirementn/a- Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding- Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided any color scrubs- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation2- 12 hour shifts, Friday and Saturday of first week of orientation and on own by that Sunday - Additional Notes:More of a tele/ cardiac unitRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
