Evening Shift (40) Description:   About Facility:o   Milwaukee, WIo   Level III Trauma Centero   Level III NICUo   Magnet Designationo   Primary Stroke Centero   Beds: 636Unit Information:o   Beds: 5 diagnostic, 2 fluoro, 1 video swallow, clinic has 2 diagnostic rooms, 3 pain clinic rooms, 1 dental room?          Census

Average patients/day? 15-20 per tech per dayo   Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of acute or surgical experienceo   Will you accept a first-time traveler

Depending on skill level- looking for techs with highly competent surgery and procedure experience Patient

Types/Common Diagnoses: o   Inpatient, Outpatient, ED, Procedural, all age ranges, little peds Required License, National Certification, Certs:o   ARRT, WI License, BLS Skills required:o   Surgical/Procedure, General, Portables, Mid-high level hospital experienceo   Fluoro: ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, urology caseso   OR: ortho, general, spines. Preferred comfortable with o-arm. Support within the Department:o   Lead tech on 1st shifto   Radiologist on site 24/7o   14 techs on days, 7 on second shift, 3 on 3rd shifto   RT 24/7o   Hospitalist 24/7o   Intensivist 24/7Technology/Equipment:o   EMR: EPICo   X-ray equipment: GE, Fuji, Del Medicalo   PACS: McKessono   C-arm: GE 9900 and Elites and Medtronic o-arms Floating: If yes, where?o   No Orientation (facility and unit):o   NEOo   7 days in department Scheduling:o   Weekend rotation: Every other weekendo   On call

Yes, one call shift per week?          1st call 0630-1400, 2nd 1400-2230, 3rd 2230-06300o   Holiday Expectations: One holiday per contracto   Should approval of RTO go through manager or will you allow the interviewing team (if applicable) to approve time off on your behalf

Go through managero   Shift times: Dependent upon posting and needs. Usually flex 1-1.5 hours between start times, depending on staffingo   Schedule cycle: M-F and every other weekend. One day off during week leading up to work weekend and one day off the week following work weekend.  Other notes:o   Scrub Color: surgery scrubs provided in houseo   Parking: Free
