Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift- Non-billable

Orientation Hours: 12 hours, : Yes 1:10.- Hospitalist &/or Intensivist in house 24/7 In the ICU 24/7: Yes -Intensivist are in house from approximately 0700 - 1900 then we have tele medicine intensivist support as well as an attending on call.- RT in ICU 24/7: Yes- RT Equipment: Vents, CPAP, Bipap.- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit Are RNs required to read their own strips What brand are the tele monitors: Yes; monitor techs. Nurses are responsible for reading and interpreting strips.- Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr 7-7:30.- Weekend Requirements: Yes- 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week period.- Holiday Requirements: Yes-every other holiday.- Is there a call or standby requirement: No- Floating Requirements: Yes- if traveler floated to a lower level of care they would take a full team. 3 patients on a Stepdown unit and 5-6 patients in the gen med environment.- Scrub

Color/Dress Code: No specific colors are required.- Unit/Department specific orientation: Yes- traveler will receive 8 hours with learning EPIC, etc.; then 8 hours with educator; then shadow 4 hours; then 12 hours with preceptor on the unit.Date Entered: 8/5/2025
