Required On Call Requirement: NO call RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission. Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Holiday Requirement: Holidays are required and are scheduled based on unit need. Traveler may be scheduled to work a holiday that falls outside of contracted days. Accept First-Time Travelers: No Locals Accepted
