Procedures/Unit Details: The Main PACU is a 28-bay unit providing 24/7 specialized peri-anesthesia care to patients across the lifespan and spectrum of acuity, 365 days a year. Vigilant pre and post-operative care is provided to inpatients and outpatients undergoing scheduled or emergency surgery by more than 20 surgical and procedural services. This team s versatility serves patients treated by a broad array of surgical and medical specialties, providing a variety of clinical experiences for the life-long learner.
