Comments and Notes: Orientation Dates: 11/30, 12/14  (Every other week on Mondays, unless posted otherwise). TECHNOLOGIST SURGICAL CERTIFIED OPEN HEART CVOR. PRIOR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CENTRA POSITIONS! 8-hour Day Shift shifts 7: am to 3:30 pm The call requirement will be no more than three per weekday and no more than three weekends in six week schedule. Weekend shifts will be comprised of a 0700-1500 call shift and a 1500-2300 working shift for both Saturday and Sunday. Atleast 2 years of Open-Heart CVOR Tech experience in similar setting CPR/BLS required COVID / FLU vax or declination required. Certification Required License in state of Virginia required for clear to start. Active CST and VA license required in packet - Application of VA license required if not currently licensed (It takes approx. 4-6 weeks to obtain a license once all documentation is provided before pro could be cleared to start). For recruitment purposes - Assignments end on Saturday - Credentialing to client one week prior to start. Expected 2-3 weekends per month per unit need. All RTO must be submitted and approved prior to acceptance. No local traveler under 60 miles will be accepted. Client can cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment due to census.
