Intensivist in house: 24 hr intensivist (on call at night)- IV Team: IV team during the day- RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: depending on census/staffing mismatch nurse could be on call (30 minute response time) 8s & 12s (mostly 12s)Floating: float to tele 4 to 1 - Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts in ICU then on own 3rd shift- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Adults & Peds - MedSurg, Neuro, Balloon pumps (perm staff does, if have experience will do class & bedside check-off), cranies, occasional ICP, CABG, some trauma that aren't transferred out, psych - OD, peds minor/DKA, TPA, hypothermia, ECMO, Impalla, CRRT - PrismaFlex (perm staff does, if have experience will do class & bedside check-off), TAVR, & EVAR, may start doing carotid stenting, ECOS, IABP (not required to be able to do--would have to get checked off)- Additional Notes: Must have 2 years of ICU experience

Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13 week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks
