Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT Night Shift - AT minimum 1 charge, 3 nurses and an ORT Patient Ratios 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for labors - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment - Alaris pumps EMR Meditech, CPN charting system Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
