Day Description: New position requested
Requisition Comments and Notes: 11/30, 12/14 START (Orientation occur every other Monday only). Cath Lab RN. Shift: 9H Days, 7am-4:30pm (4 days per week) - 36H per week. Call Requirement: 1 to 2 Nights Call per week, Every 4th weekend of call.Float Requirement: Will float to SCH campus X2 weekly but will be paid Hourly rate for Drivetime. PRIOR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CENTRA POSITIONS! *** Locals not be accepted for this position. ***Requirements:Must have at least 2 yrs exp in relevant specialty Active VA or compact RN license required at time of submissionBLS, ACLS, NIHSS certs requiredClient can cancel up to 27 hours per assignment due to census. All RTO must be in packet at time of submission. Centra accepts approved declinations for Covid/Flu. Float Required: NoCertifications: NIH Stroke Scale - Expires,ACLS,BLS
