Requisition Comments and Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 2:30p,-11pm 5 days a week, including every third weekend, with aday off before and a day off after the scheduled weekend Phleb cert required. This is for the main hospital campus including both inpatient and outpatient draws. Inpatient experience is critical. EPIC experience is required. Looking for ASAP start date. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS,Phlebotomy
