Monday through Friday, 1st shiftAverage mileage per week approximately 200 miles though varies based on location of current patient censusHome Care Home Base EMRWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience in home health and a strong background in geriatric rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Candidates must be able to work independently, collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, adapt to changing patient needs, and consistently deliver high-quality clinical outcomes. Experience with HomeCare HomeBase EMR is a plus.
