In many cases, CarePartners is the only health care provider in the region with these services.

Patient Ratios: 5-6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :CNAs available all shifts. 11 hours of unit secretary support

Type of equipment: IV Pumps. Specialty Beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, Life vests

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: 3- 12 hour shifts mostly weekends

Floating policy: no floating, all units are connected and interchangeable

Patient Experience requirements: Med surge, rehab a plus Hospital Specifics- Certifications: CARF and Joint Commission CarePartners is the only Rehab Hospital in Western NC. We are not a SNF! Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Two dialysis rooms, but nurses come from Mission to perform.

Certifications Required: BLS

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy scrubs with white tops
