YesPatient Types/Common Diagnoses: All adult patientsFalls, post-ortho surgeries, chronic disease (CHF, COPD), generalized weakness, some post-stroke patientsPatient Ratios:6 visits/day unless Oasis initial visit, then could be 4-5 patients per dayRequired License, National Certification, Certs:PT state licenseBLSBachelor’s degree or aboveDriver’s license, insurance, vehicleSkills required:Recognizing change in conditions and when to notify provider, initial intake assessments, care plans, discharge planning, comfortable working with interdisciplinary teamOASIS experiencePreferred: supervising PTAsSupport within the Department:Manager/Supervisor available via Teams or phonePTAsAfter initial visit, will schedule own patients.
