Need Specifics: OR RN needed for 8 Hour Days Contract with Call! Shift : 8 Hour Days M-F with intermittent call, 36 - up to 40 hours per week, for 13 weeks (open to 26 weeks if needed - please note at time of submission). Call : Call hours currently is until 6p Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p. Weekends : no scheduled weekend hours- emergency only (Please request the on call emergency policy from Caela). Holidays : Varies- closed most major holidays, but would have emergency on call.

Float requirements: NA- surgery department only.

Required Skills: The surgery RN will be responsible for patient care pre-operatively, inter-operatively, and post-operatively. Conscious sedation preferred (please list at time of submission if HCP has this experience). Certs/License : Current IN or multistate RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS all required at time of submission.

Minimum experience: 2+ years of experience required.

Scrub colors: Light Blue.

Vaccination Requirements: Proof of Hepatitis B series, or positive titer, Proof of MMR series, or positive titer, Proof of Varicella series, OR positive titer, OR Physicians written proof of immunity, Proof of Tdap within the past 10 years, Proof of annual Flu vaccine (only required Oct 1st - April 1st)- no exemptions for contracted employees, Copy of Covid-19 vaccine (if Employee/Volunteer has had), Two TB skin tests, OR one Quantiferon Gold, OR one Chest x-ray within past 12 months.
