OT rate: Same Rate PAY OT AFTER 8 HOURS/DAY AND AFTER 40 HOURS/WEEKThe CNA provides basic ADLs and assists with data collection under the direction of the RN. The CNA assists with inpatient care throughout nursing areas and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheel chair or stretcher, and appropriate documentation of services. The CNA provides the services of an Observer for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation in order to maximize his/her safety. The CNA assists as needed with general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.AK CNA certificate is required and BLS AHA6 months experience in Acute care or LTC High School Diploma or GED required and CNA Program Certificate requiredUnit Size: 34 beds and 1 is a psych bedOrientation: CPH New Employee General Orientation and Med/Surg department orientation
