Orientation Hours: 12 hours, :Days - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years DayNights - Memorial Day Eve, July 3rd, Labor Day Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve"Is there Call or a Standby requirementNoFloating RequirementsCan float down a level to MedSurg with a ratio of 1:6 max. We can float to other tele units or up a level to IMC or ICU as long as they have an assignment appropriate for to our skill set, such as tele overflow, non-titrated drips we take on the floor, etc. Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs ProvidedAny color professional scrub. Scrubs are not provided. No crocs. No artifical nails, nail enhancements (gel, dip, etc.), etc. No jackets or sweaters with hoods or other company logos.Unit/Department Specific OrientationThere will on online education as part of orientation, 1 day of house orientation, and 2-3 days of orientation in the department with a preceptor.Additional NotesPatient experience and high qaulirty care are the highest priority.
