ICU Float/CV ICU required1 year CV ICU experience requiredFloating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVIDWe need strong, independent experienced nurses to float our ICUs. If we do not have ICU needs they will be expected to float to our floors as a staff nurse. The nursing office staffs: Oncology, Neurology, Med Surg, Medicine, Trauma, Heart and Vascular and COVID.Ratio: 2:1 on ICU's for all shiftsWill float to inpatient floors when needed with ratio of no more 1:3. Will float to inpatient floors if needed, float to non-critical care units if census is low in ICU, and may be asked to utilized as a patient sitter if needed. Cardiac Skill Set: Swans-hemodynamic interpretationIABP, Impella, ECMO Vasoactive dripsCRRTBCLS, ACLS and NIH requiredChemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferredVents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation requiredTriage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferredMinimum of 2 years ICU experience. CRRT experience beneficial. Past EPIC experience strongly preferred. Will not accept first time travelersHospital
