Position / Specialty: OR RNShift: 3 x12 DAYS/MIDS, VARIABLE 0700 - 1900 or 1030 - 2300Ratios: 1:1Years of experience REQ: 2 YearsFirst-timers accepted: YesOn-Call REQ: Up to 8 weekday shifts, up to 9 (12 hour) weekend call shifts defined as any Friday, Saturday, Sunday in a 13 week period, with a 30 minute recallCerts & License:*Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required*BLS,

Required/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.Special Requirements:*Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds.*Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies).*Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.Hospital
