Comments and Notes: CRU, MUST START IN NEXT WEEK AND HAVE ACTIVE NYS LICENSE. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) - RN for acute dialysis; Prior experience in large teaching facility required; Must Have ACUTE DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE; EPIC experience from within the past 24 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday;IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS
