Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.Cardiac PCU RN - This need does NOT require Open Heart post-op experience2 Yr ExpUNIT DOES NOT ACCEPT FIRST TIME TRAVELERFloating required to like units - travelers must be flexible to floatingEvery other weekend requiredExperience: Must have surgical tele experience, vascular, ( groin)radial band management, IV skills, NIH 2-3 years telemetry experience; optional- VAD, TAVR experience)Certs Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSSEpic experience is a HARDSTOP requirement Cardiac PCU, myocardial infarction, rule out MI, Primary arrhythmias, pre/post open-heart surgery patients, vascular surgery patients, coronary artery disease, heart failure, pre/post cath lab with or without interventions, stroke patients with cardiac involvement; specialized structural heart support ( VAD, TVAR, etc), experience with chest tubes and sternal precautionsNOTE: N:P ratio is 1:4 across the board (can be 5 at midnight)Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Sternal PrecautionsBlood/Blood Products AdministrationCardioversion / Defibrillation, Epicardial Pacer ManagementLVAD, Open Heart 24-28 hours Post-OpTele Interpretation - Dysrhythmia Interpretation and management
