Room Schedule: Manager will provideCall: 3-4 call shifts every 6 weeks for 8 hours eachDuration: 13-weeks ASAP start (exact date dependent on EPIC experience/training schedule) REQUIREMENTS: Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission BLS 2 years experience in OR Level II Trauma center preferred experience with Trauma, neuro, ortho spine, general surgery, robotics, eyes/ENT *EPIC: OP TIME (OR)

TRAVELER

VACCINE INFO: -The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).-If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
