Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Med/Tele Surgical: ESRD, CHF, Pneumonia, Sickle Cell Crisis, Diabetes/DKA, Wounds, Acute/Chronic Renal Failure, etc. Mosty medical, not many surgical patients. Starting Spring 2026, this unit will have Hematology/Oncology patients. Travelers do not need to have chemo certification and will not give chemo. Travelers must be ok caring for these patients.
