Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call: Charge/Precept: Billable OT: 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48Employee

Separation Policy: Any pastemployee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travelin another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or haveworked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTEor PRN), the separation policy does not applyLocal

Radius rule: No locals - All candidates must be at least 50miles from the facility (based on driver's license)Orientation Date(s): 11/23, 12/7, 12/21Winter Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 2of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day). Limit of 1 day off requestbetween 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.

Submission requirements: 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele Experience - (required)Experience with the following drips: heparin, PCAs, epidurals, cardizem, nitroglycerin, amiodarone - (required)Telemetry: Nurses must be comfortable reading and measuring telemetry strips - (required)First-time traveler okayThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.PROFILE
