Intensivist in house: Not 24/7 but starting 24/7 will be on call 24/7- IV Team: PICC/Midline team- RT 24/7: in unit 24/7- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Call: If staff reduced, would be put on call- Shifts: 7a, 7p- Floating: ER, Tele or med surg -will be floated to sister facility - Mercy SW.- Floor specific orientation: Minimum 2 shifts plus one for Cerner- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro, radical cancer surgeries, DaVinci, abdominal cases, urology cases, CVA, TPA, not a specific cardiac facility, so true cardiac needing intervention gets sent to memorial, small amount vascular surgery, respiratory failure, sepsis typically no peds, rotaprone, glycemic control, oncology patients- Additional Notes: Nurses will work both campuses but rare they would float mid shift; night shift minimum 2 yrs. experience for both campuses

Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation).
